Intro to OKRs + Rapid Self-Drafting focuses on "why OKRs work" and gives your team the skills to create their own OKRs. Best for teams new to OKRs.
Leading with OKRs focuses on how leaders use OKRs day-to-day — not just having them, but leading with them. Best for leadership teams who will be modeling OKR behavior for the organization.
Many organizations do both: Intro first, then Leading with OKRs for the leadership team.
Can we add materials for our whole team? +
Yes — all options except Self-Serve can have materials added for participants:
