What do I need to submit for the review? +
Your company-level OKRs in whatever format you have them (document, spreadsheet, presentation). I'll also send you a brief Strategy Execution Assessment to complete before I begin — this gives us shared context and helps me identify patterns to watch for in your OKRs.
For the "Extend to Teams" add-on, you'll submit functional team OKRs in the same format.
Will you rewrite our OKRs for us? +
No. This is a review, not a rewrite. I'll give you specific, actionable feedback on what's working and what to improve — including concrete suggestions for shifting from activity thinking to measurable outcomes in your context.
