Sara has spent 16+ years in executive leadership roles, led OKR implementations in organizations from startups to Fortune 500, and trained over 2,000 practitioners. She created the No-BS OKRs methodology after seeing too many organizations fail with generic, one-size-fits-all approaches.
Her coaching style is direct, practical, and focused on behavior change — not just methodology transfer. She believes great OKR coaching is about asking the right questions, not having all the answers.

Yes. Graduates who complete the program receive a certificate of completion. There's also an optional practicum path for those who want formal certification as a "No-BS OKR Coach" — details shared during the program.
Can I take this if I've never done OKRs before? +
Some OKR familiarity is helpful, but deep expertise isn't required. The program includes prerequisite materials to ensure everyone starts from the same foundation. What matters most is your motivation to develop coaching skills.
