Who this is for

Internal champions who want deeper expertise

You're the OKR advocate in your organization. You want to move beyond basic knowledge to truly understand the methodology — so you can coach leaders and teams through OKR creation with confidence.

L&D / HR professionals building organizational capability

You're responsible for developing your organization's goal-setting practices. You want to build lasting internal capability, not just run a one-time training event.

Consultants & coaches adding OKR to their practice

You already work with leaders and teams. You want to add a concrete, proven goal-setting methodology that delivers measurable results and differentiates your practice.

Not sure if this is you? If you just need to implement OKRs for your own team (not coach others), our DIY Training options are probably a better fit.

Sara Lobkovich

OKR Master Coach | Author of "You Are a Strategist"

Sara has spent 16+ years in executive leadership roles, led OKR implementations in organizations from startups to Fortune 500, and trained over 2,000 practitioners. She created the No-BS OKRs methodology after seeing too many organizations fail with generic, one-size-fits-all approaches.

Her coaching style is direct, practical, and focused on behavior change — not just methodology transfer. She believes great OKR coaching is about asking the right questions, not having all the answers.

How much does the program cost? +

Pricing details are shared with waitlist members when enrollment opens. The investment reflects the depth of training, small cohort sizes, and direct access to Sara.

Some OKR familiarity is helpful, but deep expertise isn't required. The program includes prerequisite materials to ensure everyone starts from the same foundation. What matters most is your motivation to develop coaching skills.
