Black Friday 1:1 OKR Coaching Package FAQs

  • You’ll be able to self-schedule your sessions! We’ll begin with a 30-minute intake and orientation, and then schedule your sessions at that time.

  • We do have some availability in December 2024, and you can also start in January 2025.

  • None. You can join with zero preparation, and zero knowledge of OKRs. I’ll ask you questions about your business, and your answers will inform the OKRs we co-create.

  • Most people choose to complete OKR creation as a two-week sprint, but we can accommodate faster or slower schedules as space is available.

  • You can self-reschedule via our booking calendar, or reach out for help if you need to reschedule a session.

  • At the end of Q1 or Q2 (your choice), you’ll be invited to a cohort-based Learning Review mini-session of my popular No-BS OKRs Workshop with a co-work style facilitated retrospective and OKR reset. The Learning Review is typically a 90 minute session with an optional 30 minutes of office hours after. You can participate live, if you wish, or you can time-shift and participate by watching the recording (and get help in the cohort community).
