Example Package Pricing

Our packages are designed specifically for each client based on your needs, the organization size, the number of OKR particpants, and the stage of adoption. As a result, it’s not possible to provide specific pricing estimates without an intake call.

I’m publishing this pricing information for transparency. Please do not let price stop you from reaching out. We support clients with smaller than average budgets by reducing individualized, hands-on, high-touch services and increasing the use of high-quality cohort-based, and/or asynchronous self-paced training; or, through train-the-trainer approaches to boost your internal capability and reduce your need for hands-on services.

If budget may be an issue and you are otherwise interested in working with me, please inquire directly. When availability permits, and in cases of hardship or mission and values-alignment, discounts may be available.

  • We work with Enterprise clients with options for short-term and long-term engagements.

    • Short term engagements include speaking events, limited training engagements, and spot-coaching. These are typically scooped based on a day rate of $7,500 without travel; or $10k / day plus expenses with travel.

    • Retained engagements provide support for onboarding or rebooting your OKR implementation at two or more levels of the organization. These engagements typically span ½ year to a year.

      • For full-service retained engagements, our starting retainer averages $20k / month to start, with our scope reducing significantly after onboarding when we shift into supporting your internal experts as your OKR rhythm is established.

      • Partial-service engagements (e.g. training only; coaching only) may be available with reduced minimums depending on my availability.

  • Midsize organization engagements vary dramatically by organization size, depth, degree of participation, and your specific goals.

    • Short term engagements including speaking events, limited training engagements, and spot-coaching are typically scooped based on my day rate ($7,500 without travel; $10k / day plus expenses with travel). When availability permits, discounts may be available for partial-day events.

    • Retained full-service engagements, including OKR onboarding and reboots, ongoing coaching, and full learning and development engagements typically require a $10-20k / month scope to start, with our scope reducing significantly after onboarding when we shift into supporting your internal experts as your OKR rhythm is established.

    • Partial-service engagements (e.g. training only; coaching only) may be available with reduced minimums depending on my availability.

  • In small and start-up organizations I typically work directly with the CEO to develop the first set of organizational OKRs, then onboard the CEO’s “right hand” key stakeholders and/or reports to OKRs.

    • 1:1 CEO-only engagements average between $5k-10k

    • CEO plus senior leadership engagements vary dramatically based on the number of senior leaders and the enablement model selected (1:1 vs. group/cohort-based), so I am unable to give a ballpark here. Please connect directly via email or a consult for a quick quote for your specific scenario.

  • Solopreneurs are served well by my Unblock Your Inner Strategist membership, for year-round support with OKR creation and operation. I also work with solo business owners 1:1 for OKR coaching support on an hourly or package basis. Contact me for more information.

  • Speaker rates vary depending on the event.

    • A typical one-day in-person event may be scoped based on a $10k day rate plus travel expenses; non-travel events receive a discounted rate.

    • Engagements for events that require advance preparation include an agreed number of hours for hourly-billed prep time.

  • Some of my favorite clients are other coaches and consultants, with whom I collaborate on engagements. If you are a coach or consultant who would like independent, third-party support for goal-setting to help increase your mutual clarity and alignment with clients and reduce the risk of damaging scope shift, please schedule a quick informational consult with me. There are benefits for your clients and you to having a third party support goal setting and alignment, and I love doing this work alongside other coaches and consultants.

This one-pager shows you what the basic steps are in the early phases of a No-BS OKR implementation or reboot. Most of our clients are starting with OKRs at the top of the organization in a leaders-go-first model, so this shows that. Can it be done differently? Sure! But this gives you the idea of an onboarding or reboot flow even if your details are different.
