Architect and Build a Work/Life That Fits You Perfectly
ENVISION THE WORK/LIFE YOU ASPIRE TO
Your career doesn’t have to be
survival, suffering, and struggle.
You can build a work/life that works for you.
Imagine a career:
That is inspired, sustainable, and connected to your purpose;
That is aligned with your unique strengths (that you may not even recognize yet);
Where you can “unmask” and be unapologetically you.
I believe that such a career is within reach for each of us.
And I would be delighted to help you develop and bring your career vision to life.

Coaching to help you move from overwhelm and stagnation to flow
Key Coaching Outcomes
Goal Setting and Attainment
Deep expertise in facilitating client goal-setting and accountability in a supportive, encouraging space focused on client strengths.
You’ll unlearn unhelpful old ways to think about goal setting, and learn to create big, bold can’t-fail goals. There is no “failure,” because you are either winning or learning.
Client Learning & Self-Sufficiency
My focus is on fostering your autonomy, self-efficacy, resilience, and new skills you keep when the coaching relationship comes to an end.
On principle, I measure coaching engagement success based on client satisfaction and referrals, not retention. My job is to help you learn what you need to as quickly as possible to self-coach, and move into maintenance.
Achieving Behavior Change
With formal training in human behavior change, I’ll guide you to self-identify habits that no longer serve you, and replace them with behavior that helps you thrive.
Change is inherently difficult for almost everyone, but there are evidence-based practices supported by decades of science I bring to the table to help you move through the stages of change to achieve your goals.
Holistic Work/Life Wellbeing
To be successful, your career must enable the life you aspire to live.
In addition to more traditional measures of success you aspire to, I’ll encourage consideration of unconventional key performance indicators and success metrics. A “successful” career that takes a toll on your mental and physical well-being is unsustainable, and ultimately counterproductive. In coaching, you’ll envision a career path that supports your overall health, joy, and long-term fulfillment.

Accelerate Your Coaching Experience By Getting Started With No-BS OKRs
Often, what brings people to coaching is a feeling of being “stuck” or uncertain about their next steps. If you’re not sure you’re ready for coaching, but would like to learn a methodology to help you reconnect with what’s most important to you, why it matters, and what measurable impact you aspire to, consider one of our No-BS OKRs programs:
-
This self-paced, asynchronous, independent one-ish-hour workshop helps you learn the basics of No-BS Objectives and Key Results, a learning-focused goal setting methodology for "can't-fail" goals based on a philosophy that you're either winning or learning.
-
This annual group program includes access to Building No-BS OKRs (a comprehensive self-paced asynchronous course to develop a deeper skillset with No-BS OKRs) and a year's worth of support via 2-4 live group sessions each month and an asynchronous support community.
Existing in a career that doesn’t fit you is soul-draining.
I know you want a fulfilling, transformational career.
To achieve that, you need to bring your vision to life as impactful actions, not just ideas. The problem is that you’ve heard and internalized limiting messages about your potential from your years in the workforce (and educational system), which make you doubt yourself. This leaves you feeling insecure, and concerned with outside approval or what other people think.
I believe the world needs you to make your unique mark on it.
That’s why I’ve spend the last 30 years as a student of leadership and career fulfillment. I’ve made it my mission to help status-quo challengers like you achieve significant, authentic success (without conforming to external expectations).
Here’s how my approach is unique:
Deeply Empathetic Lived Experience: I’ve navigated from being a frustrated individual contributor to an executive leader, overcoming self-doubt, the challenges of being “wired differently,” and career setbacks to unlock my own, built-from-the-ground-up career. The only reason I mention my experience is to share my deep empathy for the challenges you are navigating. Your path will be different than mind, and I will be a supportive companion.
Formal Training and Rigor: Coaching is an unregulated industry, and anyone can call themselves a “coach.” I hold myself to a high standard of training, ethics, and scope of practice. My professional coach training is in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing through College of Executive Coaching, including training in evidence-based methods to support you in pursuing and achieving your goals.
Customizable Pathways: Unlike one-size-fits-all solutions, our coaching programs are flexible and client-centered. You may choose one session, a multi-session pack, or a monthly subscription model — whichever works best for your situation.

My Unlikely Journey to Coaching
Coaching Isn’t Magic…
… but it can be a powerful way to spend time reconnecting with the inner voices and your own truths, after a lifetime of being conditioned to listen to everyone else’s.
Over the course of my life and career, I’ve had a number of peak experiences — and some very low setbacks. I am a survivor of trauma, with a chronic illness history, and navigated life “wired differently” for 40+ years before becoming better acquainted with my own brain.
My journey led me to coaching, quite reluctantly and not by design. With past career history as a lawyer, I learned the importance of professional education; operating within a highly defined scope of professional practice; and the obligations of clear ethical guidelines, so operating in an unregulated field was not my first choice. I’d also seen “coaching” on the internet, and I’m no “guru” or personality. I am happiest behind the scenes and in the “right hand” role, not in the spotlight myself. But early in the pandemic I followed my nose into professional coach training out of curiousity. In doing so, I learned an important new vehicle for relating to and serving others. In doing so, I discovered the third facet of my calling: educator, creative, coach.
I take my role as a coach extremely seriously, and apply an extremely high professional standard to my coaching work. I’ve completed professional training with the College of Executive Coaching, and participate in ongoing education regularly, including on special topics that arise frequently in my work: perfectionism; issues with focus; issues with communication and conflict; and the unique needs and opportunities of people who are neurodivergent and/or live with the effects of trauma.
But enough about me. What matters is your story.
If something you’ve read here sparks your curiousity, please visit my Coaching Portal, fill out the no-obligation Coaching Discovery Form, include any questions you have, and I’ll reply within 48 business hours with answers to your questions and ideas for how we might continue this conversation.
