About Red Currant Collective
Who is Red Currant Collective?
Red Currant Collective is a strategy coaching and consulting collective focused on helping Thinkydoers® and Rebelutionary™ Leaders (and aspiring leaders) unblock, align and mobilize their resources to achieve the inconceivable.
Who leads Red Currant Collective?
My name is Sara and I am an OKR coach and principal consultant at Red Currant Collective. I help corporate and individual leader clients set and achieve bigger, bolder goals through a mix of OKR (objectives and key results) coaching; and executive coaching focused on client momentum and strategic support.
I’m a two-business founder / owner: when not working with Red Currant Collective, I co-own a professional motorcycle road racing team with my husband, Chris.

At the moment, we are gathering interest from independent contractors and freelancers, mostly in the areas of content creation, marketing, and professional coaching (including executive coaches and OKR coaches).
This environment requires experience with (and empathy for) folks with creative wiring and executive functioning challenges or focus and attention challenges. This workplace is intentionally designed for inclusion of people who are neurodivergent and is particularly ADHD and autism-friendly (and learning how to be inclusive of other forms of neurodivergence). We are intentionally a welcoming and inclusive environment for LGBTQIA+ colleagues and clients (including people in any stage of gender transition or reassignment).
All collaborators must have a strong skillset for inclusion and an ability to work with cultural competence with all of our clients and colleagues.
